Yarn bobbins are great for keeping all that leftover small amounts of yarn tidy. Also very useful for keeping track of colour changes and minimising tangled strands when working on project such as intarsia or mosaic crochet. 

This style of bobbins creates a neat ball of yarn when loaded up and can be used with multiple weights of yarn.

Alternate wrapping from left to right, top to bottom, and then secure end in either the handy cutouts or tuck/clip in place.
