Shipping policy

• Flat rate of $12 for orders in Australia
• Express shipping available based on weight (calculated at checkout)

All orders are sent through Australia Post with tracking.

For international orders, postage is calculated at checkout. Large orders may require a custom quote. Shipping to the US and Puerto Rico is temporarily on hold, and will need custom quote in future to accommodate tariffs

 

Local Pickup

Local pickup can be arranged in Tumbarumba, NSW. 

 

Processing Time

We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Preorders will be shipped in the dates stated for those products. Any orders with a preorder product in it will be held until all items are available for delivery. 

Packaging We Use

We aim to use environmentally friendly packaging where possible. Boxes or cardboard bags that can be recycled curb-side, or compostable bags are our go to.

In some instances we may use an Aust Post bag as we still have a few on hand and do not like to waste resources. We also love to reuse boxes, as long as they are in a clean and fit state. 

All orders are packed with care. We want your items to arrive to you in perfect condition.
